In addition to instructional design, curriculum development, and administrative support, Bane taught multiple students from Vuteq’s North American Headquarters, Toyota’s new Production Manufacturing and Engineering Center, CSI Group Japan, Toyota Tsusho, TMMK, and Kentucky Aichi Forge — as well as remote lessons with several long-term students living in Japan.

Maintenance, Project Management
CONSULTANT SOLUTIONS INC.
Dates Employed: 2011 – 10/2012
Location: Georgetown, Kentucky
Managed Consultant Solution’s first-ever automation project — based out of Lynx Industrial in Frankfort, KY. With virtually no qualifications or industry experience, Bane was taken under the wing of Nathan Joseph (President) who actively supported his management of industrial electrical contractors, aided in expense tracking/budgeting, guided him in hands on labeling and construction processes, and otherwise graciously mentored him during the multi-month long construction of seven large body weld presses bound for Toyota plants in Indiana and Kentucky. Despite the fact that the project managing and maintenance experiences took place during — his older brother’s — company’s pivotal transition into the automation industry and provided once-in-a-lifetime learning and career opportunities, ultimately his station felt unearned and Bane voluntarily resigned.
